The
checkout process and PayPal |
•
When you have selected your items for purchase, you simply press the checkout
button on your shopping cart. You shall be taken to a page where you
enter your
name and billing address (plus your shipping address if different from your billing
address). Just tick the "remember me" box to automatically populate
your information for return visits.

Pressing "checkout"
once again will take you to a page where you can confirm the total amount (postage
and packing are added at this point). The handling charge covers packing materials
and the postage cost is based on actual worldwide weight based shipping rates
as quoted by www.royalmail.com.
To confirm, press "checkout" again.
• Once you've confirmed the total amount, you will be passed onto the secure
PayPal credit card clearing pages (existing PayPal account holders can simply
login). Please work from top-to-bottom and ensure that all of your information
has been carried over correctly, add your credit card details and check all boxes
for accuracy, especially your email address. Your name should be that as detailed
on your card.
• Click on "pay". PayPal should present you with a "you made
a payment" screen
with a "continue" link with which to return to the CornwallFlag.co.uk
website. If you do not receive this page, PayPal should point out any errors
you may have made in the process..... Please ammend them).
If
you still receive errors and do not progress to the "you made a payment" screen,
your credit card would not have been charged. Your online clearing is being rejected
by Paypal
for some reason. But if all goes well ........
• You will be returned to the CornwallFlag.co.uk website where you'll be
presented with a page confirming your order. You should also recieve a confirmation
of your order by email from CornwallFlag.co.uk. In addition, you will also receive
confirmation
emails
from
PayPal
....

• If you suffered problems with the online credit card process, don't panic!
We'll still have your order in our database so if you wish to complete via a
cheque
payment instead,
please contact customersupport@cornwallflag.co.uk.
